Gallery: 1917-1929 Description: Arizona (BB-39) off New York in December, 1918 showing early post-WW I modifications. These included windshields for the anti-torpedo secondary control positions, and an expanded, chart house included, bridge works. Wet 5" guns, both forward and aft, have been removed and she's armed with 3" guns on #3 turret and just forward of her forecastle break.
